How do I update my password for Force?
Please note that Force can only provide technical support for your Force program. For any clinical questions, you should contact your Care Team using Force Messages or by calling your Care Team.
If you DO know your password and would like to reset it: log into your Force account as you normally would using the following link: www.forcetherapeutics.com/login. You will then be taken to your home page.
Click on your initials at the top right-hand corner of the screen. A drop down menu will appear. Click on SETTINGS.
You will be redirected to the Settings page. At the top of this page, you will see the following option to change your password for Force.
Enter your old password in the Old Password field.
Next, enter your new password into the New Password and Confirm Password fields. Make sure these fields contain identical new passwords. Once you have filled out these fields click on UPDATE PASSWORD.
Your password for Force has now been reset!
If you do NOT know your password and would like to reset it: click on "Forgot your password?" and reset your password!
