Logging Into Force for the First Time
Please note that Force can only provide technical support for your Force program. For any clinical questions, you should contact your Care Team using Force Messages or by calling your Care Team.
Once you log into Force for the first time, you will be greeted by a video welcoming you to your prescribed Care Plan on Force.
Next, you will be asked to enter a recovery goal that you’d like to make progress on in the first six weeks of your recovery. Force will check-in on your progress towards this goal 6 weeks post-op.
After this, you may be prompted to enter your cell phone number to subscribe to text message reminders. This is optional and you can click the
No Thanks link to opt out.
Next, you will be asked to enter your average pain level during the past 24 hours. You will be asked to enter this each day you log into Force.
Finally, if you have forms due, you will be prompted to complete them. Please click on
Complete Form to access your forms. Your doctor appreciates the time you take to fill these out!
Once you have completed your check-ins for the day, you will be brought to your home screen where you will see your
To-Do List. This will include daily tasks that your Care Team would like you to complete, like filling out forms or viewing Care Instructions.
Force Tip: It’s a good idea to log in every day to update your Care Team and refer to your Exercises and Care Instructions. However, there will not necessarily be new information for you each day.
Your Care Team will send you notifications through Force when there are new videos for you to view, new exercises for you to complete, or new forms for you to fill out. These notifications may be in the form of an email and/or text message.
