How do I enable step-tracking in Force? - Android Smartphone
Please note that Force can only provide technical support for your Force program. For any clinical questions, you should contact your Care Team using Force Messages or by calling your Care Team.
If you are using the Force Patient app on your Android smartphone or tablet, you can sync your step tracking data with Force to share with your Care Team. This allows them to see how much you are walking.
To enable step-tracking in Force, follow these instructions.
1. Go to S Health.
2. Click on More in the top-right corner of your screen.
3. Click on Settings
4. Under “Data” click on Data permissions
5. Click on Force Patient.
6. Make sure both options are toggled to “ON” and are green.
7. Your step data will now be synced with your Force Patient app.
