How Do I Use My Exercise Log?
Please note that Force can only provide technical support for your Force program. For any clinical questions, you should contact your Care Team using Force Messages or by calling your Care Team.
Please note that not all patients will have access to the Exercise Log, based on what your surgeon has prescribed for you. If you have any questions about the materials prescribed to you in Force, contact your Care Team using Force Messages or by calling your Care Team directly.
To use your Exercise Log, please log into your Force account as you normally would at www.forcetherapeutics.com/login.
You can track your prescribed exercises through the Exercise Log. The Exercise Log can be found in the menu on the left-hand side of your screen.
At the top, click on the session of the day you are completing. A session refers to a period in the day that you have designated to complete your prescribed exercises. If your exercises indicate that they are to be completed "3 Times/Day," then you would have three individual sessions that day. Each session might include several exercises that were prescribed to you that day.
Edit the number of sets and reps that you completed by clicking on each text box.
Do your best to indicate the overall difficulty level for the session by clicking on the emoji icon that best represents the level of difficulty encountered. Click Submit. If your doctor has currently prescribed you multiple exercise sessions per day, you can click Save & Next to log more sessions as well.
You may also log additional activities you have done outside of the set exercise such as walking, swimming, and running.
The Exercise Log is a great way to keep track of your personal progress as you continue through your recovery. This Log is not monitored directly by your Care Team, as it is primarily meant for your own record-keeping
