When do I message my Care Team in Force vs. contact Force Support?

Please note that Force can only provide technical support for your Force program. For any clinical questions, you should contact your Care Team using Force Messages or by calling your Care Team.

When to Contact your Care Team

If you have any clinical or scheduling concerns, please contact your Care Team. You may contact them using Force Messages or by calling your doctor’s office directly.  

Contact your Care Team if you have questions about your:

  • Procedure
  • Appointments
  • Pain
  • Medication
  • Incision or Wound
  • Any other clinical concerns

When to Contact Force Support

If you are experiencing any technical difficulties in Force, please contact Force Support. 

Contact Force Support if you have questions about:

  • Resetting your password 
  • Updating your email address for Force
  • Incorrect date of surgery on Force
  • Finding your videos
  • Logging exercises
  • Completing your Health Profile
  • Downloading the Force Patient app
  • Any other technical concerns

By replying to text messages or emails from Force, you are contacting Force Support and not your Care Team. Clinical concerns should go directly to your Care Team via telephone or Force Messages.
